A flavor story that
began with a dream...

The story of Kaşıbeyaz, the company that brings kebab and baklava to mind and the flavors of Turkish cuisine to the present day, begins with Ahmet Kaşıbeyaz’s eyebrow turning white after a dream.

Believing that this dream had changed his life, Ahmet Kaşıbeyaz changed his surname from Besim. In his dream, he sees nuggets of gold in a cave, which he descends into and threshes the gold with a shovel. He gets up in the morning, goes to school and tells his friend about his dream. The next morning, he wakes up with a white eyebrow. Those who interpreted the dream said that it was a sign of a very good future and that Allah had announced it with the Nilan. All the shops he opened were named “Kaşıbeyaz” and from the first day he welcomed thousands of customers with his abundance.
